Professional Services Developer - On Demand Applications

Job Description:
Design and build new rich mash-up business solutions using DreamFactory applications. Rapidly build and iterate solutions that connect with service architectures such as Salesforce.com and others. Interact with customers and with DreamFactory development, sales and marketing to create new mash-up tools with custom interfaces. Candidates will work with a world-class team building "on demand" applications for a variety of exciting new applications.

Responsibilities:
As a Professional Services Developer, candidates will

• Learn to use DreamFactory software and discover new features
• Engage customers to identify and clarify the specific needs of each client
• Use your knowledge of advanced database queries
• Visualize the Service Oriented Architecture API's that we're using
• Learn the current capabilities and limitations of our applications (especially Carousel)
• Assimilate all of the above into exciting custom solutions with rich user interface capabilities
• Report feedback and request upgrades/features/changes to DreamFactory applications

• The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the design and construction of rich interactive Web applications and a demonstrable history of successful projects in this area.
• This position requires a deep knowledge of XML Web Services and Service Oriented Architectures, and familiarity with API interaction.
• This position requires an understanding of database applications and client/server application architectures.
• Familiarity with browser and Web technologies such as AJAX and Flash, as well as scripting environments such as JavaScript and VBScript is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce.com and SugarCRM is highly desirable.
