Why DreamFactory
Our main goal at DreamFactory is customer success. We strive to make every customer 100% successful in using our products. We do this for a simple reason: you won’t continue to use our software if it doesn’t work for you. We constantly think about how we align ourselves within the company to ensure that we never let our customers down. In the process, we’ve established these five pillars of customer success:
1. We set the right expectations about our applications and solutions in the sales process
2. We allow you to try our software with your own people and your own data before you buy
3. Training and tech support are all included with the license fee
4. We have a dedicated Customer Success Department that is separate from tech support
5. We use all of our products – we run our business on the same products we sell
Even with this focus and dedication to customer success, things occasionally go wrong. When they do, we don’t rest. The first thing we do is escalate the issue within our customer success group. If a problem can be solved by utilizing one of our other products, we will provide the other product at no additional charge. If we can’t re-create an issue, we can do secure remote support to observe the issue as you see it. If the fix involves a third party, we keep track of what it is and how to get it. If you need professional services to implement a complete solution using our product, or to modify your Salesforce.com instance, we will make those services available as quickly and cost effectively to you as possible. In short, we will use all available means to ensure that you can continue to focus on your business.
