"OrgView allows our sales team to connect various Contacts into an organizational chart for each Account, and as new information becomes available the tree can be updated in real time with drag and drop. Then we can also connect our Accounts into a hierarchy of related companies. It lets you work with disconnected and partial hierarchies, which allows you to enter information over time as you learn more about the customer. This is a killer app for strategic selling. Best of all, it’s FREE!"

SnapShot

"We needed a way to manage change in our org and document changes to our org and Snapshot provides us the ability to do take a snapshot of our data structure as often as necessary. It is very easy to use and it provides a comparison capability to view changes that have been made which is very helpful when you have multiple administrators working with in your Salesforce org. When working with outside vendors who want to understand our data structure we are able to give them an XML file of our data structure and it saves us significant time in documenting our system. Snapshot is an excellent tool to support your salesforce org."
