Resource Availability Report By Project Type

The DreamTeam Resource Availability Report now has the ability to display resources assigned to specific project types. Instead of running a report for all projects or selecting a set of specific projects you can choose a project type and see all resources associated with projects of that project type. An example of this is viewing all resources associated with Professional Services Projects. To display resources based on project type simply follow the directions listed below.

From the Resource Availability Report

1. Click on the Project Type Drop down menu
2. Select the desired Project Type
3. Identify your desired report options
4. Click on Refresh

The Result – only projects with the selected project type will be displayed. In this case, only Projects with the Professional Services Project Type will be displayed
