What is DreamTeam Time & Expense?
DreamTeam Time & Expense for AppExchange is a Rich Internet Application that enables employees to easily log time and expense and run T&E and billing reports directly in Salesforce.
Do I have to license DreamTeam to use DreamTeam Time & Expense?
No. However, to assign time and expenses against DreamTeam project tasks and to run T&E reports, you need at least one DreamTeam PMO license with DreamTeam Time & Expense installed as a tab in your Salesforce org. Please note that some users in your Salesforce org can license DreamTeam Time & Expense without DreamTeam if all they need to do is log time and expenses against DreamTeam project tasks.
Does it matter what Salesforce Edition we use?
DreamTeam Time & Expense works with Salesforce Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions. DreamTeam Time & Expense does not work with the Team Edition because Team Edition does not have API access. DreamTeam Time & Expense inherits the customizations, capabilities, and limitations that exist in your Salesforce account.
Does every Salesforce user need a DreamTeam Time & Expense license?
No, only team members who need to log time and expenses.
Does every DreamTeam Time & Expense user need a Salesforce license?
Yes.
Where is all my DreamTeam Time & Expense data stored?
All DreamTeam Time & Expense data is stored safely and securely in your Salesforce account. There is no other database in use.

How do I license DreamTeam Time & Expense?
After clicking the "Get It Now" button and installing DreamTeam Time & Expense, you will need to run the License Manager to enable named users in your Salesforce account. Once you have selected the users, the License Manager creates an email that you send to us so that we can provision your license.
What if I decide that DreamTeam Time & Expense doesn't suit my needs?
If you think there is something missing or you feel the product has a shortcoming, please call, email, or use the suggestion box in the application to log a bug or request a feature. We are constantly listening to customer feedback and feature requests. If the product is not a fit for your needs you can easily remove it from your Salesforce account under the Setup > App Setup menu.
How much does DreamTeam Time & Expense cost?
$10 per user per month.

What is your security policy?
DreamTeam Time & Expense uses your personal computer to communicate directly with your Salesforce account. All transactions take place directly between the DreamTeam Time & Expense application and Salesforce and are conducted using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. All transactions conform to the AppExchange API security policy, and the policy that you have established for the users in your Salesforce account. No data is ever transmitted to us or to any other database. We never store your username or password. Our servers are only used for the initial download of the runtime control. What is your privacy policy?
DreamTeam Time & Expense uses your personal computer to communicate directly with your Salesforce account. We never see your data, your username, your password, or your session ID. You get the DreamTeam Time & Expense application files from us once, and then you are done: we are not "hosting" anything. All DreamTeam Time & Expense data is stored in your Salesforce account. Any personal data that you explicitly send to us, for example to request information, will be used solely for tracking product downloads, building customer relationships, and providing technical support. Your personal information will never be transferred to a third party or become linked to any database external to DreamFactory Software, Inc.
