What is DreamTeam?
DreamTeam for AppExchange is the most popular application for project management that provides capabilities for Project Management, Collaborative Calendaring, Document Management, and Team Communications on the salesforce.com platform.
What are the differences between each version of DreamTeam?
The DreamTeam Standard product supports management and communication between multiple team members. The DreamTeam PMO product has many advanced features including the ability to manage actual time for each team member. Does it matter what salesforce.com Edition we use?
You can mix and match any version of DreamTeam with any version of salesforce.com. DreamTeam will work with the salesforce.com Professional Edition, Developer Edition, Enterprise Edition, or Unlimited Edition. DreamTeam will not work with the Team Edition because that product does not have API access. DreamTeam inherits the customizations, capabilities, and limitations that exist in your salesforce.com account.
Does every salesforce user need a DreamTeam license?
No, only the team members who need to participate in the projects, view group activities through the calendar, or use the collaborative features of DreamTeam.
Does every DreamTeam user need a salesforce license?
Yes.
Where is all my DreamTeam data stored?
All DreamTeam project data is stored safely and securely in your salesforce account, there is no other database in use. This enables you to create salesforce.com reports and dashboards from DreamTeam Project data exactly like you would with any other data in your account.
How can I try out DreamTeam with MY salesforce.com account?
Go back to the DreamTeam page on AppExchange and click the "Get it Now" button. This will enable you to install DreamTeam into your salesforce account and try it out in Single User mode.
How do I license DreamTeam Professional or Enterprise?
After clicking the "Get It Now" button and installing DreamTeam, you will need to run the License Manager to enable named users in your salesforce.com account. Once you have selected the users, the License Manager creates an email that you send to us so that we may provision your license. Here is a link to the License Manager application.
What if I decide that DreamTeam doesn't suit my needs?
If you think there is something missing or you feel the product has a shortcoming, please call us. We are constantly listening to customer feedback and feature requests. If the product is not a fit for your needs you can easily remove it from your salesforce account under the Setup>App Setup menu.
How much is DreamTeam?
DreamTeam Standard is $15 per user per month, and DreamTeam Enterprise is $35 per user per month.

What is your security policy?
DreamTeam uses your personal computer to communicate directly with your salesforce.com account. All transactions take place directly between DreamTeam and salesforce.com and are conducted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol. All transactions conform to the AppExchange API security policy, and the policy that you have establised for the users in your salesforce.com account. No data is ever transmitted to us or to any other database. We never store your username or password. Our servers are only used for the initial download of the runtime control. What is your privacy policy?
DreamTeam uses your personal computer to communicate directly with your salesforce.com account. We never see your data, your username, your password, or your session ID. You get the DreamTeam Project files from us once, and then you are done with us: we are not "hosting" anything. All DreamTeam data is stored in your salesforce account. Any personal data that you explicitly send to us, for example to request information, will be used solely for tracking product downloads, building customer relationships, and providing technical support. Your personal information will never be transferred to a third party or become linked to any database external to DreamFactory Software, Inc.
