What is FormFactory?
FormFactory for AppExchange automates quote generation, invoices, contracts or any business forms you need. FormFactory combines on demand forms with an easy-to-use visual Form Builder, allowing end users of all abilities to present enterprise business data in professional business forms.
What are the differences between each version of FormFactory?
FormFactory Professional edition allows you to create and publish your own forms for others in your organization to use.
Does it matter what salesforce.com Edition we use?
You can mix and match any version of FormFactory with any version of salesforce.com. FormFactory works with the salesforce.com Professional Edition, Developer Edition, Enterprise Edition, or Unlimited Edition. FormFactory does not work with the Team Edition because Team Edition does not have API access. FormFactory inherits the customizations, capabilities, and limitations that exist in your salesforce.com account.
Does every salesforce user need a FormFactory license?
No, only team members who need to create and publish forms need a FormFactory license.
Does every FormFactory user need a salesforce license?
Yes.
Where are my FormFactory forms stored?
FormFactory forms are stored safely and securely in your salesforce account. There is no other database in use. This enables you to work on FormFactory forms whenever you are logged into salesforce.com.
How can I try out FormFactory with MY salesforce.com account?
Go back to the FormFactory page on AppExchange and click the "Get it Now" button. This will enable you to install FormFactory into your salesforce account and try it out in Single User mode.
How do I license FormFactory Professional or Enterprise?
After clicking the "Get It Now" button and installing FormFactory, you will need to run the License Manager to enable named users in your salesforce.com account. Once you have selected the users, the License Manager creates an email that you send to us so that we can provision your license.
What if I decide that FormFactory doesn't suit my needs?
If you think there is something missing or you feel the product has a shortcoming, please call us. We are constantly listening to customer feedback and feature requests. If the product is not a fit for your needs you can easily remove it from your salesforce account under the Setup > App Setup menu.
How much does FormFactory cost?
FormFactory is $2,400 per year per ORG - Unlimited users.

What is your security policy?
FormFactory uses your personal computer to communicate directly with your salesforce.com account. All transactions take place directly between FormFactory and salesforce.com and are conducted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol. All transactions conform to the AppExchange API security policy, and the policy that you have established for the users in your salesforce.com account. No data is ever transmitted to us or to any other database. We never store your username or password. Our servers are only used for the initial download of the runtime control. What is your privacy policy?
FormFactory uses your personal computer to communicate directly with your salesforce.com account. We never see your data, your username, your password, or your session ID. You get the FormFactory Project files from us once, and then you are done: we are not "hosting" anything. All FormFactory data is stored in your salesforce account. Any personal data that you explicitly send to us, for example to request information, will be used solely for tracking product downloads, building customer relationships, and providing technical support. Your personal information will never be transferred to a third party or become linked to any database external to DreamFactory Software, Inc.
