Integrations » Authentication » Authenticate Webflow with Twitter OAuth

To Authenticate Webflow with Twitter OAuth, book a demo with DreamFactory. DreamFactory is an open source API gateway that can handle all of your customized integrations.

What is DreamFactory?

DreamFactory is the premier API lifecycle management platform. It eliminates duplication of effort in code development, documentation, and testing by allowing you to model your application easily and create fully-documented REST API. This enables agile application developers to build, deploy and maintain new applications faster.
DreamFactory's capabilities go well beyond integrating APIs with a wide range of authentication providers. Additional security-related features include:

  • Automated API key management
  • Granular role-based access controls, allowing you to restrict APIs to specific endpoints and even limit access by HTTP method
  • Request volume limiting on a per-service, per-user, and even a per-endpoint basis
  • The ability to extend endpoints using custom scripting, allowing for data masking, input validation, geofencing, and much more

What is Webflow?

Webflow is a modern website creation platform that combines the power of a cloud-based content management system (CMS) with the simplicity of visual design. Webflow required no design or coding skills, as Webflow provides a visual editor and hosting platform with Webflow CMS. While designers use the tool, Webflow automatically generates HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Though you can build a free account on Webflow, only the paid plans have access to advanced features such as custom domain names and email addresses.

What is Twitter OAuth?

Twitter's three-legged OAuth flow allows your application to obtain an access token and access token secret by redirecting a user to Twitter and having them authorize your application. This flow is almost identical to the flow described in implementing Log in with Twitter, except that it uses a full URL to pass state through the redirect URI so that you can get back a valid set of credentials.
